That kind of gets at what I'm getting at: I can logically process Grades A, B, C ... but what are the gradient counterpart to "Fancy"?

My parents were in the fancy foods business.
"Fancy" is one of the size designations for nuts and olives, both of which we sold. Some fruits, dried and/or fresh, carry the designation.
I don't know how catsup/ketchup is graded.
