Medical Marijuana Patients Are Being Told to Give Up Their Guns

Hmm.  I wonder if the NRA cavalry is gonna saddle up for this one. 

"It is beyond dispute that illegal drug users, including marijuana users, are likely as a consequence of that use to experience altered or impaired mental states that affect their judgment and that can lead to irrational or unpredictable behavior,” justices wrote in the ruling. 

Ha! Then guns can be taken away from anyone who is on anything, including alcohol, or heavy emotions. You need to be a rock to own a gun under this argument.

I’m all for it.  Let’s ban guns from tobacco and alcohol users too.  Also prescription drug users.  Also Hillman.  Dude seems way unstable.

It is not the gun, it is the denial of equal protection under the law, unconstitutional.

Ludicrous really considering the Congress has made research into gun violence illegal and made it legal for mentally ill folks to buy guns at gun shows with little or no background check.
