Many great contributors to the zone hail from NC, a true pillar of east coast tour heads. Hope we can get some reviews.

Yo Druba, what uppa?

Tnx for the link

Check this out; went to Brandon for Thanksgiving (had to miss all the shows, but!),  we went to Shore Acres State Park on Sunday, and got the display of a lifetime!  Double Rainbows and huge waves against the rocks! Here's a video I took, and a pic the guy next to us shared with me today (his names watermarked on the pic).  For scale, 3 of my friends are standing at the viewpoint under the rainbow.

Nice. Had a GSET earworm going today.

Druba, that pic is spectacular!

Left handed monkey wrench between the hound and beggar.

jam going into left handed monkey wrench was pretty good

we ain't gonna have a grateful dead again & this is a pretty decent sub.......unless phil decides to join up for a tour this is about as good as it will get

1/2 Step

The 'Ship Of Fools'  sounds absolutely Horrendous,  but   I will listen some more.

JRAD sounds waaaaay better.

As far as Dead cover bands go.

i really, really like jrad but i don't put them in the same ballpark as d&co. jrad is a re-inventing of the gd repertoire, faster with a more of an edge to it. we still have bobby & the drummers w/d&co

Wasn’t there a Greatest Story in there?

.

kk, or anyone...if you on periscope...try corrie smith feed, its been great whole tour

ship of bobby...sadly a true, lol

Deadco > Phil & Pham > JRAD

JRAD=No Original members.

Don't care how slow Bobby slows this shit down or his mistakes I'll dig it until it's done.

Phil & TFB vocals are horrible. Just ruins everything.

And at this point in the game none of these bands are "going anywhere"

Mayer has potential

2nd set list please?

My recent observations. .......Am I the only one appreciating the 1'st sets more than the 2nd?  The  laid back openers picking up steam  coasting in 3rd gear stepping on the  gas pedal shifting to 4th and then 5th before dropping back in to 3rd?  All with a song selection often exploring  "out of the box" combinations and unusual cadence.  Am finding  2nd set set song selection  although played fairly well,  are in many cases from an old "play book".  To bad the band did not work on expanding there repertoire from that extensive Dead catalog in between tours. Oh well. Wheres that suggestion box?

And all eight tunes!

I went to Hartford and thought it was great. Hadn't seen them in 2 years and fully expected to have a good time. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the playing and vocals. The drums are the low point.

Nice looking set list. These guys are good and enjoy seeing them. I do agree w KK that they should have added more songs to their rotation but I'm ecstatic that If I Had The World To Give is now in the rotation. They should let Oteil sing more he has the best voice in the band.
