I have lived basically within an hour of Danville for most of my time in Kentucky, and I've been in KY since 2005, and I've gone once. Born Cross Eyed played the BBQ joint in Danville and I went. Nice town, nice college their, but I never find my way there. One of the professors there plays keys sometimes with folks from Born Cross Eyed here in Lex. Do you live in KY?

My wife is from Louisville,
My wife is from Louisville, so I have always been to KY a couple times per year. Kiddo is a freshman at Centre, so will be spending even more time there.
We were there the first weekend of October and Danville had their Harvest Fest. Sat out and watched a pretty good band roll through a FOTD and some other GDesque tunes.
Danville is very friendly, as advertised :)
