nope, pretty much everyone has it, sometimes it comes out. we are constantly shedding skin so i assume every dish is coated in a fine dusting of an artisnal, tobacco smoked dead chef skin. so how much worse could hair be? i dont really find it as gross as everyone else does i guess.
but if im paying $100+ for dinner at a place where they plate every dish with tweezers like a bunch of pretentious nancy boys, then yeah i would say something for sure.

Was eating out with my cousin who was visiting and eating a sandwich and discovers a hair hanging out of his mouth and then starts to pull on it ... looks like a magician pulling a scarf out of his mouth ... foot long strand of hair with food attached to it as it came out of his mouth. I probably got the worst end of the deal having to watch. He showed it to the people at the counter & they claimed that nobody who works there has long hair ... although it had to have gotten there anyhow.
