My wish granted, WOW! The capacity of the Crystal is around 1300, so hop on those tix, folks. Wish McMenamins wouldn’t have posted to Facebook. All ages show means that there will be a partition down the center of the floor.... drag...happy to host a Zoner prefunc or post funk if there’s interest.

Sorry we didn't phrase that so well. We don't have a presale for the show today, that will happen tomorrow (password CRYSTAL). As for today's fan club presale, that's being run by the band themselves, so if you're in Phil's "Phan Club" then they should be reaching out. We're looking into it to make sure that will be happening, but in the mean time set your alarm for our presale tomorrow morning at 10am!"

Much appreciation for that link, Zooey.  I just got 4 for each night.  My friends and I are looking forward to a weekend in Portland.  I was at those Crystal shows ten years ago, and it will be fun to be there again for the 50th anniversary.  It will be great to see Phil and so many of you all again!

Dang!  That was quick.   

Wonder what percentage went to out of towners?    Last time Phil played the Crystal in 2008, seemed like much of the crowd was from California or someplace else.  There were more than a few miffed locals who aren't used to cutthroat ticket grabs and got shut out (e.g. the great Muppet meltdown of 2008).

Glad I got my tickets when I did and thanks again for the uber innie "Fan Club" info on the pre-sale password.

Probably.  They can really pack em in at the Crystal and for each "official" comp, there will likely be two unofficial comps wherein various friends of the venue or employees will somehow find a way into the already sold out event.

Hey Ken, we need to talk by phone.... have a great idea for a Zoner / Portland friends pre-func location walking distance to the Crystal. 

Figuring that out of towners will want a place to hang, drink and eat Friday afternoon from like 3PM to doors.

Yeah, the captcha error thing kept timing out - on 2 different browsers - even when I did get through it on several occasions around the hour, it kept saying "No tickets available" - even for a single.

Yes, I posted the "don't buy from scalpers" on the Facebook page for these events. 

Stubhub is the new normal, particularly for younger people who grew up this way. My 14 year old daughter shelled out $150 for The Weeknd at the Moda center like two months before the concert... and didn't want to listen to one word of my advice about waiting until closer to the show for a ticket drop, looking on craigs list, seeking ticket outside, etc.. She was happy to spend her baby sitting money this way and just assumes that is how it works.

I was surprised how fast they sent out tickets, got them in the mail yesterday.  Usually tix show up a week or ten days before the event.
