My family flew into SFO on Jet Blue for a long weekend. My niece left her phone on the plane and contacted Jet Blue. Took a couple of days, but apparently the crew found it on the plane in Salt Lake City and somehow were able to call my sister on the "lost" phone. We were all at HSBG festival when the call came into my sister's phone, the music was playing and it was difficult to talk. Jet Blue said they'd Fed Ex the phone to my house, and sure enough it showed up today just as they were headed to back to SFO on their return flight. Pretty impressive customer service!

Gotta say that it was a way better visit with my niece without her phone obsession, and the reason she probably lost it on the plane is that she allows her 2 year old to play with it - seeing them both unplugged for the past 4 days was really sweet. And not ONE selfie at the festival, YAY!
