So it seems people like to put up spooks, ghosties, and / or scarecrows this time of year, usually on the roadside by the mailbox. For me, it's quite a nuisance.
I live in a rural area that's infested with Deer. So when I'm driving home at night, they are often lurking by the road, getting ready to jump out and smash my vehicle. Just last night I had to hit the brakes hard for one. S/he just decided to hop out in front of me coming over a hill.
Anyway, I know all the popular spots where Bambi congregates, and every roadside feature is etched into my tiny mind. When people throw new features into the roadside topography, it fucks with my night echolocation. I'm driving along, it's dark, foggy, and you just had to put up a spook 6 inches from the white line...
Please move that stuff away from the road. It'll get just as many compliments by your garage.
