The journey begins during an absolutely beautiful Montauk Point Sunrise, while enjoying the Jerry Garcia Band’s Sugaree from February 14, 1981 for almost 16 uninterrupted minutes.

Fire Island is the turquoise water & white sand beach at the 24 minute part. I live across that back bay south, 4 miles from there.

At the end of Master Piece you on the North Shore of Long Island at the same distance east of NYC, but drastically different environment. But only 10 miles away...

The 2/13/81 show has a bunch of folks around that were at the show and the recording circulated early and has a version recorded by Jim Wise (rip).

I think I was at 2.13.1981 too. I will check my stubs in the AM -
