The monument shrinker.

Is it early or late?

I'm hoping it's not too late to save some of these lands.

The link I posted above lists other areas that might be next.

Have a nice day smiley

>>>>>The monument shrinker.

Maybe it's just that cold water.

>>>Is it early or late?

Definitely late. Since that article over 2.8 million people, including some Zoners, commented on the review with 99% supporting monument protection. They fell on deaf ears.

Orange Mussolini's coming to Utah Monday to drastically shrink the Bears Ears and cut Grand Staircase down in half, presumably so they can go after the coal.

The DOI will be sued immediately by a slew of folks. There's still a fight ahead.

We're having a big rally tomorrow at the State Capitol and a march in the streets on a cold and wintry Monday.

Here's websites for info.

Here's my sign for tomorrow.

Thanks for the info Slickrock...

Strong work with the sign yes

Read: 10 people in cargo pants & fleece vests waving signs.

Thanks for your work, Slick, and that sign is great!

You're doing important work, Slickrock.

Thank you.

>>>>Definitely late.

That's what I figured

>Read: 10 people in cargo pants & fleece vests waving signs.

lol

Something similar to Nancy's Navajo code talker thank you card would probably be more effective. Marching and signs have already been done.

You're children won't be laughing...that's for certain.

You are children?

lol

Well, they often behave like children.

>keep laughing

keep melting

Love and ONLY Love Brah....

There's no love in crypto currency.

Thanks for standing up for us Slick.

Interested in how it goes from your view...

Stay warm, stay strong brother!

>>>Stay warm

Patagonia fleece vest has him covered.

Coverage of the rally from the Salt Lake Tribune. Utah Highway Patrol estimated 5,000 people. Check out the pics.

The headline for the mormon-owned TV station said "hundreds" attended. Yeah, like 50 hundreds. Look at the pics and tell me how someone could estimate "hundreds". Dicks.

My sign was popular. Lots of laughs and folks wanting pics.

Did anything change?

>>> Did anything change?

Lots of good vibes. Sharing some love. Sustaining each other and keeping our spirits as strong as possible for the coming battles.

Reminding each other we're not alone but part of a tribe of people who care about the land and will work to protect it even in the face of steep adversity.

Despite the fact we know what's coming Monday.

The canyons and rivers inspire us. We will continue to raise our voice. Wouldn't you?

Thanks for the updates, and links.

STAND UP FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN !!!

Slick, what are you hearing about the argument that Escalante boundaries were ratified by Congress when they agreed to swap the state of Utah a bunch of resource rich land in exchange for school board inholdings  back when the monument was first created? Any chance of successful challenge based on that?
