Because of the severe Covid 19 problem, the load of horseradish for the seders is stranded at Madrid airport.

So unfortunately, the chrain in Spain stays mainly on the plane.

Next year, outside!

We did a Zoom Seder. It sure was easier than traveling. We had VT, MA, CT, PA and FL representing, and my uncle in MI made a guest appearance from the ICU, where's he's kicking Rona's ass. Not bad for an 84 year old Holocaust survivor.

Zoom Seders 2020

I never go to a seder but this year we did Zoom, nothing was sacred, much irreverence, and I drank a lot of Old Vine Zin. Berkeley, Marin, Los Angeles, Thousand Oaks, Grass Valley and Eugene. Pretty fun and the last of us just got off Zoom after almost 3 hours of fun.

Thanks Noodler, that was grateful!!!

Interesting how the Seder begins with the washing of the hands and eventually discussed plagues.
I definitely had bitter herbs last night.

May you all have more freedom than sorrow in the coming days!

Special (non-musical) appearance by Phil Lesh, who will be doing a reading during the Seder

Kind of interesting to watch. Despite my ambivalent (at best) reaction to anything "religious" it is interesting to see this process.

It's also cool to see so many people I know doing these readings and whatnot.

TxR has created a good community of folks.

I had fun watching it.
