Microwaved eggs? Yay or Nay?

Forums:

Wife has a little no-stick clamshell contraption that you microwave 1 or 2 (cracked) eggs in for a minute or two.

It works, but seems weird.

Lol, that's gross man.

Why would anyone 'microwave' Food ?  I get it if you're in the Break-room at the retail store,  but even so,  there are better alternatives.

No,  I do not have a 'microwave oven' in the kitchen.

Yes,  I own refrigerators,  Freezers,  Ovens and such.
My Dog doesn't eat microwaved stuff,  and he has a Good diet.

the microwave oven is a very useful machine, but I'll stick to cooking eggs in a skillet, over easy.

My Mom went through a phase of making "egg mcmuffins" by cracking an egg into a repurposed plastic margarine tub, poking the yolk, then nuking it.  Put it in an English muffin, add a Kraft single, and Voila!

I threw my microwave out years ago and I haven’t missed it

never, but would try powdered eggs at this point (any recs?) .... just et my last two eggs!

never tried it sober

^^I threw my microwave out years ago..

I was walking down a sidewalk years ago, minding my own business,  when a microwave came flying out of nowhere...

My dog loves it mixed with her dry food. Me personally never did it that way. In a pan or boiled is the human way.

Yes an uncooked Egg mixed with the kibble makes it more interesting for the Doggy and helps with its Shiny Coat.

Mine actually prefers the "Chicken on the Vine" uncooked but He's not allowed to slaughter them anymore.

Not a fan unless that is the only option. I was at a house party one time in high school and a dozen eggs went in the microwave. It made a terrible mess.
