Saw them last night in Boston at the Wilbur. Great great show! Hitting the Memphis show and the Caverns next week. Never been to the Caverns, excited to go.
Caught this amazing double bill Friday night in Seattle. Bromberg Quintet was incredible featuring mandolins, fiddle, and assorted acoustic and electric guitars. Jorma, Jack and drummer Justin joined the quintet for their set closer.
Tuna was also on their game, with Jorma sporting a newer ('91) Gibson Firebird. Jack really stepped up with numerous tasty solos, and Jorma didn't slouch either. I thought they were louder and rocked even harder than last year. Not to mention they played almost 2 hours on top of Bromberg's opening 1 hour set. Was 7th row on Jack's side and definitely felt (and watched) the thunder. Glad I went.

Was thinking of hitting Seattle in a few weeks. Judging from their setlist, Tuna played about 75 - 90 min. How long did Bromberg play for?

So Bromberg didn't sit in
So Bromberg didn't sit in with Tuna? I've seen them play acoustic together a few times and just assumed that it would happen.
